Jie-Ting Yang
I am currently studying my Masters degree in Arts and Design from the National Tsing Hua University. As an artist, I focus on the way of incorporating various materials which is so-called mixed media. My works were displayed at the Art Next Expo in 2017.I have also received several awards relating to my art.2017 Art Next International Artists Award in Silver -Lalique Artist Award, The 2017 Taiwan Emerging Art Awards - First Prize, The 17th Da Dun Fine Arts Exhibition Of Taichung City - Third PrizeCity.
I use unstable mediums such as iron, iron powder and rubber to create my art pieces. These media are considered unstable due to their nature as they undergo physical and chemical changes over time. I therefore attempt to convey the conflict between my subject matter and the environment in relation to its exposure to time.Chemistry, Physics and Time are critical components of my work.I also experiment with the idea of the body in response to environmental impact and stimuli to energy.

為使用複合媒材創作的藝術工作者，來自於台灣國立清華大學 藝術與設計學系碩士班，曾參與2017香港第二屆新藝潮博覽會，獲得第二屆新藝潮國際藝術家獎銀獎，第17屆台灣美術新貌獎首獎，第17屆大墩美展美術競賽油畫類第三名。
我使用鐵、鐵粉、橡皮筋等不穩定材質來進行創作，這些不穩定材質會讓作品因時間推移而產生非原始樣貌狀態之改變，經由創作過程來觀察材質的化學性與物理性來表徵理念，傳達在主體與環境之間產生的矛盾衝突感。化學、物理、時間等元素介入至作品本身，提出作品與能量之間的聯結，並體現出自身在體制規訓包裹之下，主體應對此環境所產生的各種姿態與心理發展狀態，作品皆傳達不穩定與不確定性的狀態，以非定型樣態來面對體制（環境），並持續觀察體制（環境）對此的回應。
